Ondo Launches Three BlackRock-Designed Onchain Portfolios
Each product packages a defined allocation into one token, but Ondo—not BlackRock—implements, manages and administers the portfolios.

What happened
Ondo Finance introduced three Intelligent Portfolios, each representing a defined basket of underlying assets through a single onchain token.
The opening products are based on portfolio strategies developed by BlackRock for Ondo: a global high-income strategy, a diversified-growth allocation and a high-growth allocation. Their assets and target weights are set at inception and rebalanced on a fixed schedule.
Ondo says the underlying positions use Ondo Stocks, its tokenized equities and ETFs. Allocation, fee and rebalancing logic is implemented through Ondo's product infrastructure and smart contracts.
Blue Rogues read
The notable step is the migration of portfolio construction—not only individual securities—onto blockchain rails. A single token can now represent both a basket of assets and a rules-based allocation process.
That creates useful transparency around holdings and rebalancing, but it also adds layers of product, smart-contract, market-access and issuer risk. Onchain visibility should not be confused with independent portfolio management.
What this confirms
BlackRock developed the initial portfolio strategies for Ondo, and Ondo launched three tokenized products based on those strategies with fixed-schedule rebalancing and visible constituents and weights.
What it does not confirm
BlackRock does not manage, sponsor or administer these products. Ondo determines how the strategies are implemented and executes the rebalancing rules. Availability is not universal, and tokenization does not remove market, liquidity, legal or smart-contract risk.
