What we process
Our infrastructure may process standard request data such as time, requested page, broad country, device class, network identifiers and security signals. Dashboard reporting is aggregated. We do not build individual reader dossiers or use browser fingerprinting.
Why we process it
We use operational data to deliver pages, prevent abuse, measure aggregate readership, diagnose failures and improve editorial navigation. Messages sent to our published mailboxes are processed to answer the correspondence and maintain appropriate records.
Providers and retention
Hosting, security, analytics and email providers process limited data on our behalf under their own safeguards. We retain operational and correspondence records only as long as reasonably necessary for security, legal and editorial accountability.
Your choices
You may ask about, correct or request deletion of personal information we control, subject to legitimate security, legal and recordkeeping needs. This policy will be updated when the portal adds a materially different data practice.
